Oluwatobi, Nigeria

"Why are we here? What is the purpose? I have always been this kind of person who is open minded to asking questions about this life. I realized I was adding years to my years and these questions weren’t getting answered. I had grown up a Christian. I knew there was a Divine Source, but I didn’t know the purpose of my life. When I was in my second year of college, I met a group of students who had a dimension of prayer like I had never seen. They would spend so much time in prayer. I did not understand it so I started asking them many questions about this. They taught me that life was about staying true to God. Staying constantly committed to God. Knowing we need more of God. That God has to be the first thing in our life. We must be disciplined about serving God because satan is out there and he is trying to ruin our lives. Consistency is key. I grew up religious, but that year in college I accepted Jesus into my life. When we really surrender ourselves to God, we can receive the Fruit and the Gifts of the Spirit. Then we can help people heal. “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” (John 14:12) I want to be like Jesus. Jesus Christ is the reason we are alive. We all know there will be a day when we die. Our body will stay on this earth but our soul will go somewhere. Life insurance is temporal, but do we have soul insurance? What are you doing to insure your soul? Jesus is the only way. You just have to know this. Open your mind to Jesus and just believe Him. There is Heaven and there is hell. This will be eternal. I have it in my heart that one day I will see Jesus. You need Jesus! He is the only way to Heaven, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6) My name is Oluwatobi and I surrender."
