Wayne

“Everything is all tied up, my stomach is in knots. One can get very wrapped up in all this. I've basically decided that it's not in my hands. I can't do anything about it. God can and He has. There's light at the end of the tunnel. ‘Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.’ Philippians 4:6-7. My faith in the last three and a half years has strengthened a lot, mainly through Bible study. I’ve learned about the Bible and about Christ. It’s lightened my load a lot. It's helped me to relax more, worry less. I just feel so much better. I feel free. It's like this amazing weight lifted off my shoulders. I associate with people that want to learn. We can build each other up, share things, learn from each other. Having a good Christian community is so important. I feel like I'm moving forward. We all have our challenges, whether it be health, economic, marriage, or any number of things. We are all sinful. ‘There is none righteous, no, not one;’ Romans 3:10. All you have to do is accept Him and let Him know that you believe in Him and trust in Him. He wants us to come to Him. He wants us to have that realization. Trust is very important. Trusting in what we can't see. ‘While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.’ 2 Corinthians 4:18. Christ is there for us. He's always been there for us. Give Christ the opportunity to take care of things. My name is Wayne and I surrender.”
